Naruto Hand Seals

Hand Seals in the anime series NARUTO are used by the ninjas to perform a certain type of jutsu(technique). By molding their chackras and doing the Hand Seals, a ninja can do a jutsu. The basic Hand Seals are: RAT, OX, TIGER, HARE, DRAGON, SNAKE, HORSE, RAM, MONKEY, ROOSTER, DOG, and BOAR. Some poeple call certain basic Hand Seals differently like the HARE is also called as RABBIT, RAM as SHEEP, ROOSTER as BIRD, and BOAR as PIG. Anyway to perform the Hand Seals, refer to the image below:

Here are some examples of jutsus using Hand Seals:

Clone Technique:

Ram, Snake, Tiger.

Kuchiyouse no Jutsu (Summoning Technique):

Boar, Dog, Rooster, Monkey, Ram; Dog, Boar, Rooster, Monkey, Ram

Sasuke's Chidori:
Monkey, Dragon, Rat, Rooster, Ox, Snake, Dog, Tiger, Monkey

There are also special Hand Seals for some reason. Take Naruto's favorite jutsu for example, the Kage Bunshin Technique. It uses a different Hand Seal not found in the Basic ones.

There you go. Note though that there are jutsus not using Hand Seals just like Rasengan, the jutsu invented by the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze. As far as I have known, Rasengan needs 100% concentration and 100% chackra control. There are still a LOT of jutsus using Hand Seals, but that would be it for now.
